The founder of La Fabbricca delle Olive is Domenico Maiello who in 2019 decided to create a &' an activity for the transformation and sale of olives.
L&' experience in the field, however, begins much earlier: the paternal grandfather, in fact, in his spare time dedicates himself to the door-to-door sale of olives, while his maternal grandfather has a station at the Fuorigrotta market, where he sold olives, but also cold cuts and cheeses.
The turning point came in 1982, when Domenico and Maria's father founded a &' a company called “Maiellolive Sud”.
