We present to you Le-Gumì, a company from Piedmont that was founded from an idea of the Forlini family together with F.G.S. Agricola Sementi.

The company is located in Piedmont, precisely in the typical production area of beans: the upper Vercellese and Cuneese.
 

Le-Gumì: the birth of a brand specialized in legumes and cereals

The company F.G.S. Agricola Sementi was founded in 1974 by the will of three men from Piacenza. Forlini Giovanni and Gregori Giovanni continue to collaborate, and thanks to their experience in the seed industry, the company has acquired an increasingly important role in this sector, distinguishing itself especially for the high quality of its products.

Over the years, F.G.S. Agricola Sementi carefully selects its farmers, providing them with legume seeds and closely following all cultivation processes, from sowing to harvest.

It is precisely after the harvest that the role of the company is crucial: it takes care of transforming the raw materials provided by farmers into a finished product, ready for the end consumer.

Today, the company is run by Enrico Forlini, the son of founder Giovanni, and thanks to him and his niece Valentina, the idea of creating a brand for legumes and cereals: Le-Gumì comes to life.
 

Le-Gumì: quality products born from research, passion, and dedication

The Piedmontese areas of the upper Vercellese and Cuneese offer a climate and a territory perfectly suited for cultivating beans, and it is precisely from beans that Le-Gumì starts, gradually adding other legumes, seeds, and cereals.
Thanks to the extensive experience in the field, the passion, and dedication of the farmers, Le-Gumì’s products stand out for their taste and their characteristic tenderness.

Le-Gumì offers its consumers a wide selection of beans, starting from Cannellini, Saluggia beans, Cocco, the precious Lamon beans, to Borlotti beans.

The production of legumes today extends to green peas, red lentils, Eston lentils, Macarena chickpeas.
The flagship products are, of course, the legumes, but not only: Le-Gumì also boasts a selection of cereals such as pearled barley and pearled spelt, and various types of soups, created by combining different cereals and legumes.

What has driven the birth and growth of the company is undoubtedly the strong connection to the land, combined with the desire to carry on a tradition that has been passed down for generations.
The dedication to work that has always characterized the family has allowed the company to reach what it is today.
Constantly modernizing with innovative machinery is certainly another extremely important factor that allows the company to always keep up with the times.
