L&' F.G.S. Agricola Sementi company was founded in 1974 by the will of three people from Piacenza. Forlini Giovanni and Gregori Giovanni continue to collaborate and thanks to their experience in &' seed sector, l&' the company acquires an increasingly important role in this sector, distinguishing itself above all for the high quality of its products.
Over the years, F.G.S. Agricola Sementi carefully and scrupulously selects its farmers, supplying the seeds of the legumes and following all the cultivation procedures step by step, from planting to harvest.
It is precisely after the harvest that the role of the &' company is fundamental: it deals with transforming the raw material supplied by farmers into a finished product, ready for the final consumer.
Today the &' company is managed by Enrico Forlini, the son of the founder Giovanni and thanks to him and his niece Valentina, paragraph #39 arrived; the idea of creating his own brand of legumes and cereals: Le-Gumì.

The Piedmontese areas of &' Alto Vercelli and Cuneo offer a climate and territory perfectly suited to growing beans, and it is precisely from beans that Le-Gumì starts, gradually adding other legumes, seeds and cereals. Thanks to the great experience in the field, to the passion and dedication of the farmers, Le-Gumì products are characterized by their taste and their characteristic tenderness.
Le-Gumì offers its consumers a wide choice of beans, starting from Cannellini beans, Saluggia beans, Cocco beans, the precious Lamon beans, up to Borlotti beans.
The production of legumes is now extended to green peas, red lentils, Eston lentils, Macarena chickpeas. The star products are, of course, legumes, but not only: Le-Gumì also boasts a selection of cereals such as l&' pearl barley and pearl spelt, and various types of soups, created by &' combination of different cereals and legumes.
What drove the birth and then the growth of &' company is certainly the strong bond with the land, combined with the desire to carry on a tradition that has been handed down for generations.
