Ours is a small, family-run Sicilian farm specialized in the cultivation of olive trees. Our olive groves of the Nocellara del Belice variety, appreciated for their characteristics and peculiarities, are located in the Belice Valley, a predominantly hilly territory located in western Sicily and ideally consisting of the hydrographic basin within which the Belice river extends. For many years we have been focused exclusively on cultivation and we have supplied some of the best-known leading companies in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil sector

THE TUNNALIVA PROJECT

The Tunnaliva project was born from the idea of Rocco and Domenico, in continuity with their father Carlo, to finally give their EVO oil its own uniqueness. Starting from the choice of the name, it wants to be a tribute to Nocellara del Belice, commonly called Aliva Tunna or round olive in Sicilian dialect with its typical rounded shape. The coexistence of the three elements of the logo (olive grove, water and earth) tell, through a single symbol, the history of the product and the peculiarities of the territory

in which it originates.

OUR VALUES

Our farm, strongly rooted in the territory, bases all its activities on three founding values: story, awareness, quality. The treatments we do during the year on olive trees (from pruning to soil care and final harvest) are shared and can be consulted daily on our website and on social channels so that everyone can follow the path of growth and maturation of the olives from flowering to harvest. We are producers and we personally care for olive trees, one by one, and we are committed to promoting initiatives to increase awareness of respect for the times of agriculture and its laws in order to promote their central role in society. Tunnaliva EVO Oil has a very low acidity and peroxide content, it is genuine because it comes only from our wonderful olive trees and will amaze you with its decisive but balanced character. Our farm operates in all production phases in accordance with the IGP Sicilia production regulations, synonymous with quality and traceability
