Conero Food was born from the union of six members united by an indissoluble bond with the sea, a passion for good food and the constant search for quality.

Thanks to the unique characteristics of the marine area close to Mount Conero, the company has been able to gain decades of experience in mussel farming and clam fishing following certified procedures aimed at protecting the environment, with the aim of always improving

itself.

With 19 and 27 consecutive blue flags assigned respectively to the municipalities of Numana and Sirolo, the quality of the body of water used for breeding and harvesting and the controlled supply chain give our products very high organoleptic and nutritional properties. These are category A seawater (the highest quality level), also called “direct consumption areas”, which are continuously monitored.

Conero Food synonymous with freshness

Given the assumptions, we decided to use our best raw materials to create the highest quality sauces able to satisfy the most demanding palates. Specifically, after being carefully selected, our very fresh mussels and clams are promptly sent to an artisanal laboratory that has been operating in the Marche hills for over 40 years: this is where they are masterfully processed to prepare excellent ready-made sauces

The intent is to offer a finished product with an authentic and intense flavor, able to reflect the taste of homemade sauce with passion using only the best ingredients. With the aim of honoring our homeland by promoting two cornerstones of the Ancona culinary tradition on a national and international scale, we aim to become a reference brand of Made in Italy for consumers of gourmet

ready sauces.
