The L& #39 winery

; company with adjacent vineyards is located in the historic part (identified as the Classic Zone) of Valpolicella, in the Municipality of Negrar, in the town of San Peretto.

The 6 hectares of vineyard are located about 250 meters above sea level, therefore in the foothills area. The soils have a basaltic volcanic composition (toar) and a part on calcareous soil, with exposure to the Southeast, ideal for l&' optimal ripening of the grapes.
The forms d&' vine cultivation is exclusively done with a pergola, with soil grass and with the cleaning of weeds in &' interrow, through tillage with the exception of any type of chemical weeding. L&' company registered with the Valpolicella Wine Protection Consortium, vinifies its grapes inside the cellar at & #39, bringing the wines obtained to age in d& #39 barrels; steel and for some of them in tonneaux and oak barrels.
Here they are aged for 12-18 months before being bottled, where the wine will rest for a short time before d&' being put on sale
