We are in Bitonto, a city famous for its historic center, declared a Patrimony of &' Humanity by &' UNESCO. We are in Bitonto, equally famous for the fascinating rural landscape, typical of Puglia, characterized by centuries-old olive groves, vineyards and golden wheat fields.

Tenuta Pere Rosse: family tradition

Starting from these premises, Michele and Francesca Tassiello founded the “Tenuta Pere Rosse” in 2015, a &' winery and olive farm, the result of the passion and tradition of the Tassiello family in the viticulture sector and of

&' oil.

What sets Tenuta Pere Rosse apart is its natural attention to quality. Starting from the basics, l&' company is committed to ensuring high quality and genuine products. The Tassiello family has always placed the #39 emphasis on the passion for growing vines, and this distinctive element is reflected in their products.

Tradition and modernity

Tenuta Pere Rosse combines tradition and modernity. The grapes are still harvested by hand to preserve their freshness, but gradually new technologies for destemming and fermentation have been introduced. This combination of traditional practices and l&' use of advanced technologies makes it possible to obtain high quality wines that respect the ancient winemaking traditions of the Bitonto area and &' Alta Murgia

L&' company has constantly expanded its range of cultivated grape varieties, offering customers a &' wide choice. In addition to local wines such as Primitivo, Negroamaro, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nero di Troia, Montepulciano, Malvasia and Pinot Grigio, Tenuta Pere Rosse is also dedicated to the production of d& #39 oil; high-quality olive.

Even the bottles live on the dichotomy: the wine line takes the name Bibèo, from the Latin “drink” and is combined with a &' modern label and with a superior quality menu.
