The terroir

A

fundamental element for the quality of Roger Brun Champagnes. The house's vineyards cover about 20 hectares, located mainly in the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. and Chardonnay.

at Roger Brun is a meticulous process, in which tradition and modernity meet. The grapes are carefully pressed and the juices are vinified separately to preserve the diversity of the terroirs. L&' use of indigenous yeasts and d& #39 tanks; stainless steel helps preserve the freshness and purity of the aromas. The cuvées are then aged on the lees for an extended period, adding complexity and texture to the Champagnes
