The Sorrento brewery was born from the project to bring back a microbrewery to Sorrento.
In fact, the story begins with Giuseppe's homebrewer experience who needed to build a small home system and decided to involve Francesco in this work.
Their creations began to receive acclaim and they thought about the possibility of creating a large brewery of their own but at &' at the beginning there were a thousand setbacks.
Small steps towards the birth of the Sorrento Brewery
From 2009 to 2013, the plant was rented out of friendship with Mario Cipriano first (Karma Brewery) and Nello Marciano (Maneba Brewery) then in 2009 the Beer Firm Birrificio Sorrento was founded. #39
After a few years, however, they felt the need to have their own plant and they chose, with great sacrifices, to create a plant project, less ambitious, parallel to the main one. In fact, their dream was to build a brewery starting from the shed for which they purchased the land.
Today the brewery is based in Massa Lubrense, the green heart of the Sorrento Peninsula.
The beers are born from their recipes, tested, perfected and produced personally.
