Nocciola Tomatis

In 2005, the agricultural company "Nocciola Tomatis" was officially established, but its story began many years earlier. As early as 1997, two young enthusiasts, Barbara and Fabrizio, had immersed themselves in the world of hazelnut cultivation, a choice far from obvious at the time. Indeed, during those years, hazelnut cultivation was considered marginal, overshadowed by other more profitable and secure crops. However, for them, the matter was not about profit, but passion.
 

Nocciola Tomatis: passion and dedication

Barbara and Fabrizio, both engaged in very different jobs, dedicated every free moment to their project.

In the early days, their venture was still a distant dream, but as the years passed, thanks to commitment, patience, and determination, that dream began to take shape.

The interest of the confectionery industry in Nocciola Piemonte grew rapidly, earning it recognition as a world-class excellence. This achievement provided Barbara and Fabrizio with the decisive push to start their hazelnut business.

Barbara then took the first step by leaving her job to devote herself full-time to the company, planting new hazelnut orchards and caring for every stage of production. Shortly thereafter, Fabrizio followed her example, also leaving his job to focus entirely on the company.

Production increased, the business reality consolidated, and their project came more and more to life.
 

Beyond hazelnut cultivation

Barbara and Fabrizio's ambition did not stop there!

With the desire to leave a tangible mark of their dedication, they decided to bring to the market not only hazelnuts but also finished products, created by themselves.

Their vision was to create a recognizable, unique brand that reflected the quality and passion invested in their work. Despite the inevitable difficulties and initial skepticism, they managed to turn that dream into a concrete reality, which continues to grow and evolve.

Today, the company "Nocciola Tomatis" is no longer just the dream of Barbara and Fabrizio: their children, Stefano and Jenny, are also an integral part of the business, bringing new energy and innovative ideas. What started as a small passion has transformed into a family business, rich in meaning and directed towards the future.
