The Cesarano family, an ancient family of pasta makers, now in its fourth generation, is the core of the Pasta Factory "Le Antiche Tradizioni di Gragnano".

The driving force of the pasta factory is Tonino, who started the pasta production activity in 1970, enriched with the experiences and secrets passed down from his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father.

Today, Tonino is assisted by his sons Alfonso and Pasquale, who, in continuity with family traditions, represent the future of the company.

The pasta factory "Le Antiche Tradizioni di Gragnano" highlights over 500 years of pasta production.

For special production, a hard wheat is used, grown in hilly areas of some regions of Italy, which can be defined as excellent due to the absence of genetic manipulation techniques.

The taste impact is made pleasant by a particular drying technique that tends to safeguard the nutritional elements of the pasta.

The city of Gragnano in the province of Naples boasts the prestigious European IGP recognition.

The IGP is a quality mark granted to those agricultural and food products for which the production, transformation, and/or processing takes place in a specific geographical area. Those who produce IGP must adhere to the strict production rules set out in the production specification, and compliance with these rules is guaranteed by the control body.
