Pasticceria Scarpato: tradition first!

The secret lies in the sourdough, which has been preserved and refreshed three times a day for over 100 years, giving our leavened products distinctive aromas and flavors.
The use of the highest quality ingredients: pastry butter made from the best fresh creams, selected candied Sicilian orange and Diamante cedro, high-protein flours ideal for long leavening, and 100% Italian sugar from sustainable agriculture, allows us to obtain an already optimal base, upon which experience then makes the difference.
 

Panettone, Pandoro, and Offella of Verona

The range of products includes Panettoni, Pandori, and the Offella Antica Verona, a masterpiece of traditional Veronese pastry.
Each creation is enriched with handmade creams and glazes, a result of the mastery of our pastry chefs (and Scarpato is one of the few that still creates its own creams in-house) who, with passion and dedication, transform each sweet into a unique sensory experience.
