The prunes contained in this mustard are dried on racks just like grapes in the cellars of Verona. The method is natural and the mix offers a particular pleasantness and roundness to the product, in addition to a pleasantly surprising density.
Produced in a facility that uses nuts, celery, and mustard.
This mustard is great to pair with smoked cured meats, on speck from South Tyrol and accompanied by Salama da Sugo from Ferrara. Ideal for drunk cheeses such as those made with recioto from Valpolicella or Ripasso, or anyway with red wines. Additionally, it is interesting for spicy cheeses with pepper or chili. Due to its consistency and plum aroma, we also recommend it with some cream gelato.
