Ambrata Minerva Craft Beer 750ml

The Birra Minerva from the Birrificio Sorrento is a brown beer with blood-colored highlights, abundant cappuccino-colored foam. When sniffed, it has a caramel aroma with strong toasted notes reminiscent of dried fruit, with hints of smokiness, cocoa, citrus orange, and chestnut honey.

On tasting, it is soft and velvety from the very first sip, with a complex aftertaste given by the combination of smoked malts and hops that provide aromatic flavors. It comes in elegant and refined packaging, suitable for the most prestigious restaurants.

Ambrata Minerva Craft Beer 750ml: use in the kitchen

The Minerva can be paired with different types of foods, primarily with grilled meats, chianina steak, horse steaks, and pork ribs. It is also very useful in the kitchen as a sauce reduction for elaborate dishes such as stews and braises.

It can also be paired with medium-aged cheeses flavored with celery salt, and let’s not forget that the toasted notes pair extraordinarily well with chocolate desserts. A new idea would be to use the Minerva in the preparation of a "birramisù".
