The Mandorlato Bauce, respecting the famous secret recipe from Cologna dating back to the early 19th century, is made just as it was then with the highest quality and craftsmanship; in fact, it is handmade and consists of only four ingredients: larger almonds, acacia honey, sugar, and egg white, without preservatives or colorings.
