The use of genuine, self-produced ingredients allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into a pasta that is completely different from others, in color, flavor, and aroma.
The Quadro Piccolo Monfettini is processed using the Santoni method: bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the Quadro Piccolo Monfettini its roughness and porosity.
