The Gran Cima Stravecchio from the Corrado Benedetti company is a whole milk cow cheese. An exceptional mountain product that, thanks to the skilled care of the aging process, matures in the facilities of Croce dello Schioppo (VR). The aging periods are variable and, in some cases, can exceed eighteen months.
