Acetaia VETUS is located in the Modenese countryside near Nonantola, not far from the famous Romanesque Abbey. È it is a family-run farm that has been producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for over 30 years using traditional methods and in full respect of nature.
The artisanal dimension of the company allows for direct and constant attention to the product: from the vineyard to the processes in the Acetaia, up to bottling, all phases are followed with passion and the satisfaction of doing things right.
Ideal for savoring omelets, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Great as a dressing for salads.
We also recommend a drop on grilled scampi or raw Sicilian red prawns.
