Organic eggplant olive and almond cream 150g

The BIO eggplant, olive, and almond cream by Nonno Andrea is truly tasty and delicate. It is the result of emulsifying eggplants with Taggiasca olives, Sicilian capers, oregano, and chili, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, and a small percentage of apple vinegar.

It appears walnut-colored with dark brown speckles due to the presence of almond skins and Taggiasca olives; on the palate, it is creamy with a consistency similar to foies gras and has an intense slightly spicy eggplant flavor, fragrant due to the sapidity of the olives and capers and the presence of oregano.

Ingredients: BIO eggplants (86%), BIO sunflower seed oil, BIO Taggiasca olives (0.8%), BIO Sicilian capers, BIO extra virgin olive oil, BIO ALMONDS (0.5%), BIO chili, BIO apple vinegar, whole salt, BIO cane sugar, BIO garlic, BIO oregano
