Therefore, it is particularly spicy, but Senga manages to produce it in a very balanced and delicate way. With the pears from their own production, they obtain this mostarda to pair with Grana Padano DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Bagoss, aged Asiago, Pecorino, Gran Sardo, mixed boiled meats, and cold cuts.
