Le mele che vengono usate per la produzione di questo distillato provengono dalle regioni trentine e sono in particolare di tipologia Granny Smith. Il distillato è molto fresco e rotondo con una bella aromaticità. A fine pasto, con dolci a base di creme. Con gelati alla frutta.
