Walking along the Vigneto Monte Sant'Urbano is a spectacle! On the right, you can admire the beautiful Fumane valley and on the left, the gentle Marano valley. Located on a tongue of fire, volcanic peat mixed with active limestone and fossil sandstone infiltrations. A mythical terrain that offers some of the greatest wines of the denomination. This Valpolicella Superiore is an emblem of elegance and rigor. An expression of rare finesse that conveys all the stylistic power of the territory and its gentle balance.
A thick and spicy cherry with a seductive Gallic complexity that offers delicate sensations of sweet toasting. A vibrant and typical fruit. The blend is that typical of the Speri family, Corvina 70%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara, and other indigenous grape varieties 10%. The vineyard is located at an elevation of about 300 m above sea level.
Alcohol. 13.5% Vol.
Pairing. Grilled red meats, Fassona Piemontese or Romagnola cuts. Excellent with the classic Venetian boiled beef or with the Chianina IGP mixed boil. With Chianina IGP meat, it is also great with hamburgers or raw meat tartare. We also recommend it for aged cheeses such as Vezzena Vecchio.
