The Amarone by Speri stands out for its genuine character and elegant personality. A dandy in a top hat and tailcoat, if we could stylistically think of it so charmingly. Yet, it is a product of great elegance and provides emotions with every sip.
An Amarone that stands out for its fruity and spicy components with a fine tannic sensation. A beautiful thickness on the palate with a balsamic freshness that elevates the aromas and scents vertically. Excellent smooth finish with delicate sensations of chocolate, tobacco, chestnut honey, and toasted dried fruit. Great longevity for a product that offers great satisfaction even after 15-20 years. A treasure to be kept with love.
Alcohol. 15% Vol.
Pairing. Great wine for very succulent and complex dishes, such as red meat, lamb, game, mixed boiled meats, Chianina IGP steaks, Fassona Piemontese ribs, Romagnola, Modicana. Excellent with aged Castelmagno DOP, Monte Veronese DOP from alpine pastures, Slow Food Presidio. Pairs well with pieces of dark chocolate 50 - 60%. We also recommend it at the end of a meal or to liven up a conversation in pleasant company.
