The zucchinis from Fontana Bio Company are grown near the pedofluvial plots of the Adige River. Sands, clays, and stones have mixed over the millennia. A very airy climate that prevents the stagnation of excessive humidity and the need for unnatural treatments. Here, organic production is a destiny as well as a choice. The zucchinis have very compact flesh, which enhances their suitability for the preparation of tasty and fragrant creams.
Produced in a facility that processes nuts, celery, and mustard.
This zucchini cream is particularly dense and can therefore be used in various ways. On one hand, it's great for crostini, perhaps a little toasted and rubbed with garlic. Alternatively, it can be used in a Central European mix, as a filling for vegan tacos and burritos. It's also interesting for dressing vegetable pasta and risottos. We also recommend it for filling savory pies and vegetable panzerotti.
