The tonda di Costigliole is one of the tastiest apricots you can find in the summer market. A product of the highest quality that has found its natural habitat in the Val Varaita and the municipality of Costigliole. It ripens a bit later than in other Italian regions, and this lateness ensures a better presence of aromatic components and fragrance. An intoxicating scent that stands out and makes the fruit extraordinarily elegant and pleasant. Its color is typical, and its shape is perfectly round, rich in pulp with a slightly marbled and velvety skin.
500-gram pack of excellent dessert apricots, meant to be eaten raw or ideal for making purees for very fresh and fragrant ice creams. Additionally, great for aromatic jams with great pleasure and natural acidity. The very balanced flavor makes them ideal for fruit juices and refreshing smoothies. It is also used in fruit salads with little sugar. Excellent for French clafoutis and for fruit tarts rich in flavor. A delight to discover that comes directly from the slopes of Monviso in Piedmont and breathes the pure air of those rugged yet solemn lands.
