The herb pancetta from Giannelli is a must! A product that is increasingly gaining admirers in Italy and around the world. A cured meat that has a natural pleasantness like few others on the market, expertise in slicing and selection of 100% Italian raw materials, controlled by the Giannelli family. Moreover, pure spices and selected aromatic herbs grown close to the sea. Garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, basil, sage, black pepper, and juniper. A wise combination of elegance and refinement. The pancetta is aged for 6 months and is free from preservatives. No Lactose, no Gluten.
The Giannelli Herb Pancetta is rich in the scents and flavors of the herbs with which it has been aged for 6 months. The cured meat is velvety and consistent with a nicely balanced fattiness. It delights the palate with its melt-in-the-mouth quality and creaminess that is revealed as soon as it reaches body temperature. Excellent whether thinly sliced on toasted bread while still warm or in cubes for succulent and fragrant pasta dishes. Additionally, it is great for elegant appetizers. The streaks of the pancetta are beautiful and well-distributed. A cured meat to pair with red wines such as Chianti or Sangiovese from Maremma.
