The herb pancetta by Giannelli is a must! It is a product that is increasingly gaining fans in Italy and around the world. A salami that has a natural pleasantness rarely found in similar products on the market, mastery in cutting and selection of 100% Italian raw materials, all controlled by the Giannelli family. Additionally, pure spices and aromatic herbs are selected and produced near the sea. Garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, basil, sage, black pepper, and juniper. A wise combination of elegance and finesse. The pancetta is aged for 6 months and is free of preservatives. No Lactose, no Gluten.
The Herb Pancetta by Giannelli is rich in aromas and flavors from the herbs with which it has been aged for 6 months. The cured meat feels velvety and firm with a nice balanced fattiness. It delights the palate with its melt-in-your-mouth texture and creaminess that expresses itself as soon as it reaches body temperature. Excellent both sliced thinly on toasted bread while still warm and in cubes for succulent and fragrant pasta dishes. Additionally, it is great for elegant appetizers. The streaks of pancetta are beautiful and well-distributed. A cured meat to pair with red wines like Chianti or Sangiovese from Maremma.
