The lactose-free cheese Mantuanella has a well-structured and compact texture with a moderate presence of tyrosine granules. On the palate, it is particularly creamy with a more pronounced soft perception and a special sweetness.
It is an excellent cheese for appetizers or as a main course to pair with delicate peach or apricot jams and acacia honey.
Wine: not particularly structured, especially with sparkling wines such as Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG.
