The Gorgonzola dolce Sovrano from the Palzola dairy has a creaminess that stands out in the DOP landscape.
What distinguishes this product is also its ability to maintain this characteristic for several days.
Furthermore, its cream pleasantly blends with a delicate blue veining that is well integrated into the mass. It is aged for a period of 60 - 70 days in the ancient dairies owned by the family, which are true aging cellars lined with terracotta that keep the humidity and temperature levels unchanged.
