The Bufala Valregina from the Azienda Agricola La Valle di Goito (MN) is a very elegant and refined product with a pleasantness and aroma that distinguish it in the landscape of productions made with this milk. It is a semi-aged cheese that has brought many satisfactions to the company and has been chosen by many chefs for its versatility in the kitchen and its fine taste.
We present this delicious cheese in a small format of 300 grams, ideal for tastings or a couple's dinner.
The Valregina is a soft cheese with a very fine and subtle eye structure. It has a creaminess on the palate that expresses a milky aroma of melted butter and aromatic herbs. A fresh scent of yogurt and fresh butter. This cheese is ideal for dressing pasta and cutting into small pieces in fresh summer salads. It pairs well with acacia honey and jams made from pears, peaches, and apricots. It prefers sparkling wines that are not too structured such as Prosecco, Durello Spumante, Soave Classico, Fiano and some aromatic ones, especially Muller Thurgau.
