Gioia del Colle is a town located in Puglia, in the province of Bari. A magnificent location that rises on a hill in the southern part of the Murge, more precisely in the "Sella di Gioia del Colle", halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea.
It is precisely here that in 2009, thanks to the intuition of Pasquale Cinieri, the Caseificio la Gioia Bella was born. A company that was established with the intent of creating genuine and quality products, symbols of Puglian tradition.

The Fiordilatte is a mozzarella made with pulled curd that has a particular and typical elasticity that distinguishes it from other Italian mozzarellas. It provides a sensation of fresh milk that lasts much longer and a freshness that extends during maturation.
The Fiordilatte from La Golosa di Puglia is truly excellent for salads, appetizers, bruschetta, or frise as per the ancient Puglia tradition.
