Prosciutto Veneto is recognized by its pink color, tenderness, and sweet and full flavor, resulting from the perfect balance between salting time, ham weight, duration, and aging conditions.

The Prosciutto Veneto Berico-Euganeo DOP is a product that has a beautiful rosy color and a pleasant softness to the touch. Delicate and aromatic with a beautiful taste balance. Great to put on toasted bread croutons like Senatore Cappelli or more simply on rice and corn croutons. Excellent for quality aperitifs.

It pairs very well with acacia honey and delicate apple mustards. With quality sparkling wines produced by the classic method such as Franciacorta or Trento DOC
