The traditional tarallino is one of the most recognized Italian products abroad. Mainly produced in Puglia, but with a tradition that includes other Italian regions such as Campania, Basilicata, and Sicily. It is an ideal snack for all occasions and any time of day.
Panificio Bufis has created its taralli with passion and craftsmanship, to ensure a quality product for its customers. The traditional baked tarallini are made with three ingredients and reflect the baking tradition of Puglia to the fullest. It mainly consists of a ring of unleavened dough baked in the oven, and the dough is made of flour, water, wine, oil, and salt.
The Tarallini from Panificio Bufis are particularly tasty and unique in their kind. Made with flour obtained from noble grains of the Tavoliere delle Puglie, water, white wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and salt. Particularly crunchy, they have a lovely aroma of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a nice creaminess typical of these baked products on the palate.
Pleasant at various times of the day, like a snack mid-morning or in the afternoon. Or as an appetizer to enjoy with a good aperitif based on Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG. Perfect for accompanying appetizers, such as cured meats and cheeses, ideal for starting a dinner with friends.
