A grappa that undergoes a longer aging process and makes the distillate from the finest white and red pomace of the estate more precious.
Produced using a continuous steam distillation system. It is a complex grappa that is left in small oak barrels for an extended period of about 12 months. During this time, the distillate is enriched with the value of the resins from the French wood.
40% Vol.
The color is straw yellow with antique gold reflections. It has notes of vanilla mixed with spices, peaches, and citrus that blend with an unusual fragrance of buckwheat. The body of the grappa is soft and round with a slight alcoholic effect. The retro-nasal aroma has excellent persistence with precious hints of hazelnut and dried fruit.
Pairing with pastries, spoon desserts, dark chocolate, and a gentle cigar, preferably flavored with vanilla and coffee.
