The organic peaches with which Erica Fontana produces her Organic Peach Compote all come from the owner’s trees located in the river plain, along the Adige, in the hilly area north of the city of Verona.
These are the peaches from Pescantina: a village that, over time, has taken its name from this fruit. The Organic Peach Compote with Agave Syrup contains no pectin or other types of preservatives.

This compote is prepared according to the cold drying method: a novelty for Fontana Bio products, a process that does not involve the addition of sugars: a taste and wellness experience that needs no additives.

The selection, washing of the fruit, and preparation into uniform pieces are the initial stages of the process, carried out entirely by hand.
Cold drying occurs at a temperature of 30°.
The times are variable, as they depend solely on the type of fruit.
The transfer of the compote into induction pots to which agave syrup is added precedes the bottling and pasteurization, which ensures hygiene and safety.
Labeling is done completely by hand: the Fontana Bio signature is a guarantee of attention and care.

Produced in a facility that uses nuts, celery, and mustard.
