This plant is very versatile and can be used with various foods thanks to its sharp taste and slightly spicy flavor reminiscent of lemon. 

Rich in water, carbohydrates, and proteins, and also containing some minerals, it serves as an excellent natural remedy for digestive problems. 

Ginger paired with oranges provides an extremely citrusy, sparkling (tending to be spicy) and very fresh flavor. Fontana Bio wanted to create a very bold compote with a strong and summery taste for the more discerning palates.
