Soave DOC Motto Piane jeroboam

The Motto Piane is an attractive and elegant white wine. The name indicates an ancient place in the eastern lands of Verona, particularly the vineyard of the municipality of Roncà.

It is made from pure Garganega that has been dried for 40 days, harvested from vineyards that are now thirty years old. These historical vines have blended with Durella and today represent a unique heritage for the wine industry of Verona and Veneto.

SOIL CHARACTERISTICS

Cultivated on the volcanic soils of Monte Calvarina, where the molten rocks are still visible in the form of columnar basalts: this is the eastern area of the DOC Soave, an ideal territory for the production of great white wines.

Soave DOC Motto Piane jeroboam: use in the kitchen

The Soave DOC Motto Piane in bottle Jéraboam of 3000ml is ideal for accompanying great events and large meals, such as those based on fish, but also on white meat. It is excellent with Piedmontese tartare or charollaise and with sweet grilled meats such as lamb and kid. It also pairs elegantly with aged cheeses like Monte Veronese Stravecchio and Parmigiano Reggiano aged 30 months.

TASTING

To the eye it appears intense yellow. On the nose it is enticing and fruity with notes of apricot, peach, and citrus. Dried fruit on the finish with balsamic notes of mint and sage. On the palate, it offers sensations of dried and withered fruit, which emerge on a base of citrus and exotic fruit.
