The idea behind this rice is to offer the consumer an exceptional quality of grains that have undergone natural dehydration in aging silos. Over the 15 months, in addition to dehydration, the grain has matured in its fibers and therefore will better absorb the sauce, but above all, it will have a more intense and slightly toasted flavor.
This is a rice that guarantees good results when cooking meat-based risottos and is also very suitable for pumpkin risottos. The cooking takes a bit longer, but you will find everything in the instructions on the package. Here, patience will reward you with excellent performance!
