The BIO Carnaroli risotto with garden flavors by Stoppato is the organic version of a very well-known recipe. The raw materials and production processes are certified by recognized and authorized control bodies. This 180g bag will allow you to prepare the dish in a very simple and quick way.
The BIO risotto line produced by the Stoppato family is made with BIO Carnaroli rice and a series of certified BIO ingredients that are gently dehydrated to preserve all their goodness once cooked. All BIO risottos are also Vegan as they do not use any source of animal products, and they are also certified Gluten Free.
The Organic Risotto with Garden Flavors is obtained with the main seasonal vegetables all of which are organic and certified. A risotto delicate and fresh. The Organic Stoppato Risotto is also Gluten Free and Vegan. Pairing: a delicate white wine such as a Custoza or a Roero Arneis from the Langhe.
The contents of the bag must be placed in water respecting the quantities written on the label, then it should be cooked for 15 minutes. Nothing should be added, neither MSG, nor broth, nor butter.
