Obtained from Corn and Rice, all products owned by the Stoppato family sourced from the plains of Mantua and Verona.
In the kitchen, it is a pasta that is not particularly porous and therefore suitable for thick and creamy sauces. Excellent with Piennolo Tomatoes from Vesuvius DOP sauce, Basil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Southern Italy. Ideal also with melted cheese creams.
