In the kitchen, it is a type of pasta that is not very porous and therefore suitable for particularly dense and creamy sauces. Excellent with DOP Piennolo tomatoes sauce from Vesuvius, basil, and extra virgin olive oil from southern Italy. Also ideal with melted cheese creams. Try it also with Genoese pesto.
