Tasting


The color is rosé with a persistent perlage of great finesse and very lasting foam. The aroma is slightly sweet and of good intensity, with floral notes of rose and jasmine in the foreground, followed by pomegranate, saffron, and cherry. The taste is soft, vibrant, with a savory finish. Serving temperature: around 10 degrees.
