The Ronco della Seta Bianco Curtefranca DOC is one of the flagship products of the Monzio Compagnoni winery. Its composition is: 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Bianco. Its alcohol content is 13°.

The Ronco della Seta Bianco Curtefranca DOC in a 750ml bottle pairs perfectly with delicate dishes without sauces based on fish such as baked turbot with potatoes and dishes based on eggs.


Tasting


The color is straw yellow with a beautiful green reflection. The aroma has marked and penetrating fresh notes, of wildflowers and sage combined with more complex aromas of exotic fruit such as papaya or mango. The taste offers excellent warm sensations initially that transform into fresh notes linked to acidity. The optimal serving temperature is around 12 degrees.
