This durum wheat and potato bread won third place as the best bread in Italy in the Historical and Traditional Breads category at the national competition Premio Roma 2016.

Ingredients of high quality, pure spring water, garden potatoes grown at high altitude, long fermentation of over 24 hours, baking in ancient ovens at low temperature for a long time as it was once done: the freshness of this product, thanks to these peculiarities, lasts for one week.

How to Store

It should be kept in a cool environment, but not refrigerated, with the right humidity. For purchases over one kilogram: cut into quarters and place in the freezer or in a blast chiller. Afterwards: thaw at room temperature and then place in a warm oven before serving it at the table.
