The Recioto di Soave DOCG Amabile wine is one of the most important products of the Marco Mosconi Winery, located in the Valle di Illasi in Verona.

It is one of the finest Recioti of the denomination: a nectar of Garganega with a thin and elegant texture. An emotional Recioto that evolves gently yet insistently in the glass, always offering new sensations, including floral and balsamic notes.

CHARACTERISTICS

Made with 100% Garganega grapes grown in soils composed of alluvial calcareous sediments with a silty, sandy, and gravelly texture at 160 meters above sea level. Fermentation lasts for 60 days and maturation is for 18 months in steel in contact with its own yeasts. Alcohol content: 13°.

The Recioto di Soave DOCG Amabile wine can be enjoyed with typical Veronese sweets such as mandorlato from Cologna Veneta or fruit-based tarts, along with dark chocolate or traditional dry pastries. It is also ideal for pairing with aged cheeses like a Monte Veronese aged more than 9 months or blue cheeses accompanied by jams or mustards.

TASTING

It has an intense golden yellow color; pleasant and fruity aroma; sweet, velvety, harmonious, and full-bodied flavor. It has a glyceric concentration that enhances the velvety sensation and caresses the palate with notes of tropical fruit and still crunchy apricot. A long persistence with notes of peanut and crunchy almonds.
