Manzoni Bianco IGT Lieti Conversari BIO 750ml

This Manzoni Bianco IGT organic carries with it all the beauty of Lake Garda and is one of the flagship products of the Pratello Farm in Padenghe sul Garda.

A clear white wine with intensely golden hues, featuring deep aromatic emotions of honey and dog rose, demonstrating grapes matured in the countryside, with great natural intensity and good density per plant that only a BIO cultivation can provide.

FEATURES

Composition: 100% Manzoni Bianco crossing. Cultivation: at a 250 meters altitude, on the Morenic hills of Lake Garda where it enjoys an ideal exposure and a constant ventilation that allows for perfect maturation. Soil: very loose and pebbly. Processing: late maturation on the plants, part fermented in new barriques for one month and then aged in other barriques for 6 months, the remaining in steel. Subsequently, 6 months resting in the bottle. Alcohol content: 13.5°.

The Manzoni Bianco IGT Lieti Conversari 2014 is a versatile wine. Special for important occasions, it is the perfect finishing touch for dinners that don't require haste. Ideal with sushi and oysters, excellent with aged cheeses or very dry sweets. Indeed, it is great for pleasant conversations, pairing wonderfully with Havana cigars, instead of the usual rum or cognac.

TASTING

Color: it presents a deep golden yellow color, very bright, distinctly clear, dominating with its visual cleanliness spectacularly, appearing whole in all its expressions, even when the glass is swirled. On the nose, it is a symphony of intense, clean, and pristine aromas: honey, dog rose, cinnamon, nutmeg, and elderflower are the dominant scents. On the palate, it is like a piece of silk, fresh, soft, pleasant, grasping the oral cavity with sensations of ripe grapes and Tunisian mango. Round and perfectly balanced, with great harmony surely of important origins. It should be served at a temperature of 14°C in a wide, closed tulip-shaped glass.
