This organic Chiaretto Valtenesi from 2014 carries with it all the beauty of Lake Garda and is one of the flagship products of the Pratello Agricultural Company in Padenghe sul Garda.
A local rosé wine that is enjoyed on the shores of Lake Garda during pleasant summer days. The color is a cherry-pink rosé with ruby reflections: the shining reflections and the clean chromaticity confirm the high level of integrity achieved.
CHARACTERISTICS
Composition: Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera, Sangiovese grapes. Cultivation: at 180 meters above sea level, on the Moreniche hills of Lake Garda where it benefits from ideal exposure and constant ventilation that allows for perfect ripening. Soil: morenic, very loose and pebbly with clay. Processing: cold maceration for 8 hours on the skins, fermentation at 16°C for 10 days. In the bottle: 2 months of rest. Alcohol content: 12.5°.

The Chiaretto Valtenesi DOC BIO Sant'Emiliano 2014 is a wine that pairs well with a wide range of gastronomic compositions, with a preference for those based on lake fish, fresh cured meats, pizzas and calzones, risottos with vegetables, sweetbreads, brains, and fried vegetables, and especially with light summer dishes.
TASTING
The color is a cerasuolo pink with ruby reflections. The aromas present a truly unique sensory harmony: clean, clear, unmistakable, ranging from the scent of almond blossom, banana, to kaiser pear, cedar, and golden apple. The flavors exhibit an unprecedented extensive freshness.
To be served at a temperature between 8-10° C in a wide tulip-shaped glass.
