Ciaculli Late Mandarin Jam

The Marmalade of Tardivo Mandarino from Ciaculli by Frantoi Cutrera is made with indigenous mandarins from the areas of Catania and Palermo. It is particularly sweet and juicy.

Upon opening, it presents an intense fragrance of mandarin and mandarin peel (in its natural form) due to the low-temperature cooking, a balanced flavor in terms of sweetness (thanks to the use of cane sugar) with a pleasant note of bitterness due to the presence of peel.

The Late Mandarins Jam from Ciaculli by Frantoi Cutrera is perfect for breakfast, as well as for a snack and paired with cheeses, especially fresh goat or cow cheeses. Excellent for filling delicious citrus cakes.

Ingredients: organic late mandarins from Ciaculli (67%), organic cane sugar (31.8%), organic lemon juice (1.2%). Allergens: produced in a facility that uses celery, pistachio, almond, and dairy and fish-based products.
