The Birra Parthenope from the Birrificio Sorrento is a dark high-fermentation beer, opaque in color, with a nice cappuccino-colored foam. Its aroma of nuts is distinct, in various nuances, from the flesh to the husk, from the green nut to the skin, dancing and enveloping. 

On tasting, the body is sleek, the tactile sensation silky, the alcohol is not perceptible; it enters sweet, on notes of malt, soon developing into roasted flavors and finishing with hints of cocoa bean, the taste of nuts accompanies the entire sip and invades the retro-nasal area along with an aroma of dark chocolate.
