The goodness of Tenuta Scorciabove sauces comes from the use of organic tomatoes that grow in its lands in Lucera, in the Capitanata area, in the province of Foggia, where the climate is Mediterranean and absolutely suitable for tomato cultivation.
The production is entirely artisanal: the tomatoes are harvested, selected, thoroughly washed, and then passed through a fine sieve to avoid skin and seeds in the final high-quality product.

The BIO pelatino tomato sauce is dense, velvety, characterized by a bright red color and a flavor of fresh tomatoes just picked from the garden.
