The Gran Baby goat caciotta is a semi-hard table cheese with a slight eye, made entirely from goat's milk.
Produced with a short aging period of about 45-60 days, it has a non-edible smooth rind that is light yellow in color. Very rich in calcium, making it suitable for the little cheese lovers. It has a distinct typical flavor, yet at the same time delicate, with a firm and white paste.
The Gran Baby Goat Cheese (in a 500-gram portion) can be used in various ways in the kitchen, ranging from enriching appetizers and first courses to preparing salads. This cheese is also excellent enjoyed on its own, paired with a fresh and fruity white wine, such as a Lugana DOC.
